  Very bad customer service!Menards is better! We went there on feb 3rd,2018 to buy closet shelves and we needed someone to cut the boards.We waited more than 40minutes for someone to come on the lumber section.We asked some of the other people who work there to call the lumber guy and they did called him 7times. He finaly came after 40min of waiting.Nowdays time costs money he waisted almost an hour of my tim!Shame!They have wood cutting machine for thousand of dollars,but they dont know how to work with it.Next time i will go to menards they have better service for sure and they are faster helping people.
